🔒 Short version: Mindful Moments does not collect, store, or share any personal information. Everything you do in the app stays on your device.

1. Who we are

Mindful Moments is an iOS meditation and mindfulness app. This privacy policy explains how we handle (or rather, don't handle) your information.

2. Information we do NOT collect

We do not collect, transmit, or store any of the following:

Your name, email address, or any account information
Device identifiers or advertising IDs
Location data
Usage analytics or crash reports sent to us
Your journal entries, mood logs, or session history
Any health or wellness data

3. Data stored on your device

The app stores the following data locally on your iPhone or iPad only:

Meditation session history (date, theme, duration)
Journal entries you write
Mood check-in responses
Achievement progress
Reminder preferences

This data never leaves your device. It is not backed up to any server operated by us.

4. Notifications

If you enable daily reminders, Mindful Moments will ask for permission to send local notifications. These notifications are scheduled entirely on-device. We do not use push notification services, and no information is sent to our servers in connection with notifications.

5. Third-party services

Mindful Moments does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. There are no third parties that receive your data through the app.

6. Children's privacy

Mindful Moments does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, it is suitable for all ages.

7. Changes to this policy

If we update this privacy policy, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide notice inside the app. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
